Alphabet ESL Lessons

Level 1 Unit 1 (Alphabet ESL Lessons) gives your ESL student a basic understanding of the alphabet. They will study basic color and number vocabulary to help them describe objects in everyday life. They learn to discuss their feelings (happy, sad, mad) and talk about how they feel each day. In Unit 1, your student will drill basic introductions and personal questions regarding age, likes and dislikes. Unit 1 finally teaches the basic classroom directions such as circling and drawing lines. The 12 alphabet english lessons in this beginner unit will make sure your student can recognize the letters and name common objects. It is a great place to start with a complete beginner.

Lesson 3: I, J, K, L

Lesson 4: Colorful Spirit

Your English learning journey is colorful and vibrant! Practice identifying and saying colors. Share your favorite color with someone and ask about theirs.

Lesson 5: Fun Feelings

You’re doing great exploring feelings! Practice talking about feelings and using sentences like “It is happy” or “It is mad” when looking at objects or pictures.

Lesson 6: M, N, O, P

Lesson 7: # 1 – 5

Lesson 8: # 6 – 10
